Furthermore, there are 23 stats like Toxicity, Strength, Wisdom, Faith, and Recovery, each of which can be strategically combined with loot and deck cards to maximize your character’s power.

Combat mechanics mix strategic decisions with quick thinking. The build you carry into battle is not static — it can be adjusted mid-fight, using items you just picked up, to overpower enemies. If an item becomes obsolete or no longer fits your strategy, you can consume it on the spot, drawing on its power to fuel your attacks. Such a dynamic adjustment system ensures that players remain engaged and constantly adapting.

There are over nine characters, each boasting distinct strengths and skills. Whether you prefer high strength for brute force or higher wisdom stat for strategic maneuvering, the game provides a wide range of options. However, the game lacks a progression system, which affects long-term engagement. With everything unlocked from the start and no bosses or character unlocks to aim for, runs can feel endless and without clear goals.
